Port Forwarding
I have created rules for 2 open ports I need. When I scan them externally it says they are closed. I can't seem to get them open.

If you are attempting to expose a port(s) externally, on an IPv4 network, then you need to utilize the 'Port Forwarding' function. By default, this creates the necessary inbound Network Address Translation (NAT) rule that says "when traffic is received on WAN IP port x, translate it to the IP of the internal device on port x", and also create an inbound firewall rule to allow connections to that port from any.
You can access the Port Forwarding menu two ways (on the Gold)
1. By clicking on Ports from within the Device profile
2. By going to Network > NAT Settings > Port ForwardingI actually was unable to find a Firewalla article on setting up a basic port forward, but there is a more advanced article which talks setting up the port forward, and MANUALLY creating the firewall rule so that you can make the source more specific. i.e., instead of saying 'allow from any' .. you might say 'allow from United States'.
