Can I assign a static IP Address to dd-wrt Access Point?

If the Gold has an IP address of 192.168.160.1 and LAN1 has a DHCP range of 192.168.160.50 - 192.168.160.200, can I assign 192.168.160.2 to a dd-wrt Access Point to be connected to one of the Gold's physical LAN ports? I have the one LAN1 segment that includes all the LAN ports on the Gold.

  Yes. As long as the address is in the IP net mask and outside the dhcp range, you can assign static addresses to any device.
