port forwarded address isn't working

hi, I have a file 7cxd648gj0.d.firewalla.org/a.jpg

that I port forwarded port 80 to the correct DHCP connection 192.168.149.132 (the overlay network)

I can get to the within the house.

NOW, my connectivity is probably the problem,  Comcast xfinity cable connection to a Netgear cable wifi modem c7000v2, then connected via one ethernet port to a TPlink modem (so that I could turn off ipv6 and DHCP)

I expected the DDNS address given by firewalla to connect through to my server.

Hopefully I am missing something very simple.  Thanks, Bradshaw
