Prioritize VOIP and WiFi Calling
I have smart queue active on the FW Gold. How specifically can I set up a rule to prioritize VOIP, WiFi calling and FaceTime? I don’t see the options in smart queue rules Targets.

First, if you are not experiencing issues with delays to choppy video/voice, you do not need to prioritize traffic. the Smart Queue itself will automatically make things better.
But if you do want to prioritize, VoIP and wifi calling really depends on the provider. For facetime, one way to prioritize is to create rules that match these
- 16384 through 16387 (UDP)
- 16393 through 16402 (UDP)
