upgrading Red

I got a notification the Red has an update... I turned on the "remote support" and tried to log into it and was not able to putting into it.

 

the remote info is   

***** *********

 

can you log into it?  If so, why can I not log into it?

  Please do not post the access code here. 

  Also, the red hasn't had any update for a while ... so likely something else is going on? 

  Are you trying to ssh? if you are, try to see the instructions here https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004397274-How-to-access-Firewalla-using-SSH-

  never mind.. it was my fault.  I'm able to ssh into the firewalla red now
