VPN and Dual Wan Router
I have a dual WAN router TP-Link TL-ER6020 and Firewalla Blue on a fixed IP which have worked fine for a couple of years.
Trying to set up VPN so I can manage the home while I am away but cannot get the VPN working. Been through all the instructions. Also removed one WAN and ensured the external IP matches up.
I am pretty sure it's the router blocking access but the router doesn't use the terminology "Port Forwarding" and TP-link is no help as to how to do this. I have set up what I think is correct as follows:

Does this look correct and does anyone have any other ideas, please!

Did you check the TPLink documentation? I found this pretty quick on the web, seems there is a step to define service type ... or something https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2026/

Thanks.
I have looked at this document before. But it's for TL-ER6020 v2 and they have clearly changed how things are done from the V1
I have a query out to TP-Link but nothing back so far. I can't believe port forwarding is that complex on this router.
One thing I did notice and I have no idea if this might be the cause ( I am out of my depth already). Maybe you can tell me. It looks as if neither of my service providers has set up my WANs as pass-through (See picture below, which is typical Thailand), Although everything else works just fine) The WAN IP address I have been using has remained unchanged since I started trying to fix this. Could this be causing the issues!
