Remote app access to service via port forwarding

I have set up port forwarding for remote access to a service running on a PC.

The remote access works for one smartphone but will not connect with another device either. Device type is not the problem. Works on iPhone1 does not work on iPhone2 or Android1.

New user, assistance please.

  If a device went through, the issue is not related to the firewall. The best place is to check on why the service is not allowing the other devices to come through. (unless you put rules to limit IP's coming in, then you need to check the rules)
