ipv6 support

HI, my set up is a little different in that I want to use an internal IPV6 address scheme, not the ISP provided addresses. I have set up addresses on various machines and they can all ping6 each other. One of those machines is an ISC DHCP and DNS server,  DNS resolves ipv6 addresses correctly, however DHCPv6 requests never show up on the network. So I'm suspecting that the Router advertisement from the Firewalla gold is not setting the M and O bits... Of course when I turn on the DHCPv6 server on the Firewalla everyone gets an address, but if I do that there is no provision to set the DNS server to my local server ..... 

without setting up another v6 router, how can I check that the Firewalla has the M & O bits enabled
