MSP Dashboard - Rule count

In my main MSP Dashboard, the Rules tile reads: 56

When I go to the Rules screen, there are 32 rules.

Why is there a discrepancy? FWIW, I have one Firewalla box managed.

  How do you count the rules in rule screen ? Do you tick "select all" and use that value ?

  Currently, MSP doesn't support edit all box rules and time limit rules editing in box view. 
  So, when you click "select all", the not editable rules are not counted.

  Select all didn't show me a number that I can recall. I counted them myself.

  I just noticed this...

  From the All Devices Dashboard, it says 56. When I go into the device's Dashboard, it shows 32. I only have the one device.

  Also, following up on your select all question...

  When I select all from MSP All Hosts Rules screen, 32. When I select all from the device's rules screen 8, because it doesn't select the ones managed from MSP or whatever. Counting them all myself, though, 32.

  Hi Doyle, I am following up with the team already. It seems they are accounting for two different of rules.

  1. Rules that are active.

  2. Rules associated with devices that's hidden. (the device left the network after 7 days)

  So the larger one is (1)+(2) and the smaller one is (1). 

  I will ask the team to just count (1)
