Where are the Instructions to get a Return Authorization

I purchased a Firewalla Gold Plus, however in setting it up the installation quit when I could not insert the Red Security Dongle.  I have communicated twice to Firewalla no response so I need to return it becasue I don’t need a very expensive paperweight.

  The red dongle should already be with the unit. We only process RMA during working days, so please be patient.
