Target List Save Failed

I am attempting to create a custom Target List. I'm on my.firewalla.com and click through to Target List -> Create Target List. I then enter a list name, select a category (or not), and put in a list of targets. Then when I click on "Create Target List" I just get an error that says "Save Failed", as seen below in a test.

 

I currently have no other target lists created, I'm attempting on a Mac (Sequoia 15.1), and have tried on both Safari and Chrome with the same behavior.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Have you tried a different target list name?

  Yes, and different categories, notes and no notes, different domain names, etc.
