verifying network settings

Hello. Just bought the gold se. I have a hiccup in the setting up part. I can scan the qr code, but the setup stops on the next screen, verifying network settings. I try the manual setup with dhcp, but still no. I plugged the cords into slot 4 and nothing else is in the box. Thanks in advance for the help. Dominic

  Also, the next screen says " internet unavailable". With all the lines on the right saying unavailable as well.

  Hi @Dominic Lantz,

  Have you tried rebooting your modem/gateway? Try powering down the modem and powering it up again, then connect the Firewalla.
