Expose 'Local Domain' in Device https://msp_domain/v2/devices

Local Domain can be set on the app, but is not exposed in the Device: /api/docs/data-models/device/#device

These can be useful to sync w/ other systems programmatically, and should be straightforward to extend the Device message to include it.
