configuring a split network (FWG/open) in LAN

    Is it possible to draw a quick picture of this? I can't visualize the split network part

    here ya go,..  used some bad terminology in my original post,..  ISP > cable modem (not router)...

    If you are using the L3 switch as a router, it is probably easier, just use the FWG as your main router and then define a port to connect to your no firewall devices. (you can allow traffic just to that segment)

    I have to keep the these 3 devices off of the FWG hardware...   they need their own access to the internet completely outside of the FWG ecosystem..  Would using a DHCP router instead of the L3 Switch be a better option and just put the FWG into Bridge mode for the AP/wireless network?

    If your L3 switch is a router, then the best way to run the firewalla is in bridge mode. (you may be missing a few features).
