Option to set Time Limit for URLs based on Target Lists

Id like to be able to create a Target List for News Media and limit browsing time to 1 hr per day..

Is there an option to block by Time Limit outside the specific apps listed?

Also did not see the 'Time Limit' option when creating a rule through my.firewalla.  Option appears available only on the mobile app
