I’ve downloaded app on phone, it’s been stuck on “exchanging keys” for about 30 minutes…all told, I’m an hour in, and not getting anywhere

  Does your phone have internet access? If not, see if you can connect it to LTE and try again.  Also, the other common issue with install is not reboot the modem first before connecting the gold (or purple unit)
