Not yet. Your AP7's are fully managed by the controller inside your Firewalla, so it is best leave it DHCP mode, it is a lot more reliable that way.

They would still be 'DHCP' but I would set them to static mode, so that they would always get the same IP address.  I generally always use DHCP and do reservations this way.

Setting an IP reservation would be nice for those of us who like to micro manage our networks.  Thank you

I looked in the web management portal and was able to set both my AP7s to reserved DHCP addresses... https://my.firewalla.com/#/devices

No apparent harm in doing so after a few days and several reboots of both the Firewalla Gold and each AP.

Thank you @Csimet for sharing we can reserve DHCP IP's via web GUI.  It does not seem we can do that yet in App GUI.  I also prefer to know what they IP's will be and make rules to block admin access to the devices from not approved of sources.  The other reason I want to do this is I have 5 subnets defined on FW and it is giving out addresses to the AP's (I have 3) from seemingly random subnets that keep changing.  I would like to have an admin or main subnet FW DHCP pulls from for the AP's.

Mine does the same... keeps switching between network IPs for all three VLANs I have in use and advertised by the AP7s.  Not sure if this is a bug or not, but it does not seem to impact operation.  I reserved the IPs on each network, for each of then two AP7s I have.  I would also like it to stay on the one network I have just for networking devices and not use IPs from the others.  I have access rules for that network (limited allows from the other networks and my VPN network when I'm remote).

So if you have the MSP interface you can reserve the IP in that. But not the iOS UI :(  Also, it only lets you reserve what it actually gets - and unlike the iOS UI it does not let you set one and reserve it as well.  I asked for this feature in the MSP interface and the iOS interface as reserving and selecting IPs is pretty common requirement.
