2nd ethernet port on the AP7

I read both ports are trunk ports, but with that said...

I plugged two cables in: (1) WAN cable from modern, (2) LAN cable from local computer

How did the AP7 know the WAN cable was the WAN and the 2nd one was the LAN computer?

When clicking on that computer in the app, there's no mention that it's using the wired connection from the AP7, is there some way this can show up in the UI? I assume for multi-port routers (like Gold, etc) that there's a way to know a computer is plugged into the port vs over WAP?

  Both ethernet ports are "bridged," so there is no network at layer 3 that you can view.

  How was mine able to determine what was WAN and LAN?
