XB7(bridge) -> purple/se(router) -> eero mesh; firewalla fails to obtain IP address

my thought is to reset the firewalla to factory default and start over with the XB7 in bridge mode.  However, I am struggling to find in the app the "Box Setting" button which leads to factory reset.

  You really don't need to reset the firewalla when you change your XB7 to bridge mode, your firewalla should just run nicely. What need to be done is

  1. Turn off firewalla

  2. change your XB7 to bridge mode

  3. When XB7 is fully up, connect your firewalla

  The box reset is on the main screen. (if you are at the screen where it shows all the feature buttons, tap on the top left button to go back to the box home screen)

  unfortunately I followed the above procedure and no connection was made.

  Do you see any error? if you go close to the unit and then tap on network button, then tap on "Run Network Diagnostics", what do see?

  (also, when you are connecting, make sure firewalla is the only unit there, and your WAN interface should be in DHCP mode)
