AP7 GPS Support?

Hi Firewalla,

For 6Ghz usage in WiFi6E and WiFi7, GPS is required to determine there are not conflicting channels being used in an area to run at full speed.  How will this be addressed in the product?

  This is AFS; for indoor devices (home AP), it is NOT required. Both the AP7 and AP7 Ceiling mount (future) are indoor units. 

  As of GPS, I don't think it is required, there are other ways to identify the location. What's expensive is "service" behind it, that stuff is costly.

  Thank you.  I'm at Cisco for their WiFi roadmap training and the instructor is saying it's a must have to reach full speed on 6Ghz.  Outdoor is a complete must they say, but indoors as well for full power to be allowed by the WLAN Controller.   Thank you for jumping on the answer and knowing what is going on.
