Social Hour-Exclude specific VLAN

Hi,

My understanding is that Social Hour blocks EVERYTHING for an hour.  I was wondering if there was a way to exclude a specific VLAN/Network?  For instance, I have a VLAN for my security cameras and my ATA for my VoIP service.  My WAPs do not carry traffic for the security cameras or the ATA.

I thought maybe creating a rule might do the trick, but that may be overthinking it.  Any advice is appreciated.

  "Social Hour temporarily blocks internet access for one hour on all personal, media, and entertainment devices. Just tap to turn it on and enjoy some family social time."

  It shouldn't touch IoT devices.
