Are you talking about VPN? you can use wireguard or openvpn https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004274633-Firewalla-VPN-Server

No VPN, PPPoE is similar to the DHCP service, except that it allocates IPs based on credentials such as user name and password.

    Thanks.

You want PPPoE on the LAN side? What kind of clients are you connecting?

I am interested in connecting from computers to routers, the whole range. I would also like this PPPoE server to be functional on a specific Vlan, to separate different services in the internal network. Thank you.

So instead of using DHCP, you want to use PPPoE? This is not a typical home or business network right? otheriwise, your IoT devices will not work, they rarely run PPPoE client.

Indeed, it is not a typical home installation, it is a project in a mini factory, where there will be no IoT devices. So can you confirm or deny the possibility of using PPPoE instead of DHCP? I mention that the existing network already works this way with the help of a milrotik router, which I intend to change in the near future.

We are unlikely to build this, since the complexity may be on the management side. (user+password management)
