Which is better if I use same SSID for 2 APs?

I have a switch connected to gold pro. And I ordered 2 APs. I plan to set the same SSID on both APs. Should I

a) plug both APs to switch directly

b) plug one to switch and the other one to the first one

c) plug one to switch and the other one to the first wirelessly

Will there be some performance difference?

  In general, the fastest will be

  Firewalla Gold -> Switch -> AP1 and AP2

  next one will have added latency from the AP1 switch

  Firewalla Gold -> Switch -> AP1 -> AP2 

  and if you can't do hardware then do Mesh

  And lastly, you will have to use the same SSID for both AP's. The units are always installed and managed as a set
