You should be able to do that. Chaining APs together.

I have a Firewalla Gold Pro.  Haven't set it up yet and just ordered 3 of the AP7.

Is it possible to have 10 gbp wireless backhaul on all 3 using switches or will I have to use the 2.5gbp ports

For instance   from Gold Pro connect 10gbp to small 10gbp switch say a 4 port and connect to the first AP then connect other port on switch to other access point 10gbp port.   Would need another switch at the second to connect to 3rd.   Would this be supported or even recommended? If it is supported is anything lost feature wise?  I'm including a proposed diagram.

Your first two units is fine. I don't understand how your third one is connected to. If you mean chaining them, yea should work.

A better design should be use a core switch and have your other two switch hang off that, this is likely more efficient design than a serial chain

Sorry third one is to connect some computers too.   Didn't include that.   Thanks for the suggestion of the core switch.    I will say that with the possible TP-Link ban these access points came in the nick of time.  I'm looking forward to them and hoping they perform well.

Is there any particular requirements for a wired backhaul switch in order to provide flow between the AP and the router? I am hoping that this year we are able to purchase the new Firewalla switch. My goal would be to purchase a core Firewalla Switch and three other satellite switches that each AP would be connected to.
