Have ap7 and other mesh WiFi ap router compatible for zero trust

  I don't think so. The Microsegmentation via VqLAN is firewalla only. 

  Least access at layer 3 and monitoring are functions of the firewalla box, so this should work with other AP. Anything layer 2 (LAN), is strictly firewalla
