You can just set up an SSID with WPA3. Will this work for you?

If the SSID only permitted WPA3 connections, then this would work.  Many APs allow clients to default back to WPA2 if they cannot connect at WPA3.

When you create the SSID, you will have the option to pick WPA3 or WPA2/WPA3, in your case, you can just pick WPA3. (Since WPA3 is NOT supported well, you may need to partition your SSID to support the WPA2 side)
