Remove server from "never use this server" for speed test

I've been debugging my WAN speeds and now want to read back a server for a speed test.  Is there a way to remove it from the ban list?  I can't figure it out.

  On the speed test detail screen, click on the "server selection" near the top of the screen. You can select the banned server and remove it from the list.
