static WAN IP no internet connection

Just spent two hours with my provider working on a Static IP to get around the CGNAT that they have me behind. 

I got the manual settings and entered them in the firewalla gold plus but it would connect but not give me internet.

Had bypassed the firewalla gold plus and plugged a laptop directly in to the fiber modem and I was able to connect on the static IP with no issues.

Did notice with Windows 11 that the subnet was asking for subnet mask length instead of the actual subnet.  Is that the same with firewalla where it wants the length and not the actual subnet?   That was about the only thing we did not try on the firewalla.

The static IP worked just fine, seems to be a configuration issue with the firewalla...
