Firewalla not seeing some devices
I've got a Firewalla purple setup in bridge mode between the router and the switch on a somewhat large network (currently 279 devices). I was adding devices to groups and noticed some network equipment wasn't being found by the Firewalla. There is a Ubiquiti p2p and a UniFi AP that aren't being added so far that I've noticed. I tried pinging the devices hoping that the broadcast traffic would be noticed by the Firewalla and I also tried logging into the devices and pinging the Firewalla with no luck. I know these devices are live and working, they also generate internet traffic so their traffic is passing through the Firewalla. I don't know how to force the Firewalla to see these devices. I even tried the vulnerability scan but it is only scanning known devices and not doing a LAN sweep.
Does anybody have any advice?

Can you tap on devices, and search the missing devices by MAC address? Sometimes, devices may be renamed with different names;
The other possibility is, some devices may be hiding behind a NAT, or a wifi extender that remap the MAC
If both fails, let me know, I can create a case for you

It took a couple of hours for them to show up.
The p2p popped up after I searched for the MAC address and it showed a different device in the list with a different IP and MAC. I removed this device and later was able to find the p2p with the wrong device name but with a correct IP and MAC. I renamed this device and added it to the group.
Two other APs didn't show up until I rebooted them.
All is well. Thank you!
