Allow a domain only during specific time period

Hi I would like to turn off all video on my daughters devices via Group unless they are in online school time where they need to get to youtube.  I tried doing Allow->app->youtube but it doesn't permit that rule combo.  I tried Allow->domain->youtube.com and am not able to figure out how to permit only certain times like 11 am to 2pm?  Any ideas how to achieve this?  TIA!

  Try Active Time -> Every Day
  It should now allow you to set the duration
