Firewalla Gold and Link Aggregation

I’m considering the purchase of a Firewalla Gold, but have a couple of questions:

1. I have an Arris SB8200 with dual LAN ports that support aggregation - I have 1.2GB service from Xfinity - does or will the Gold support LAG so I can make full use of my >1GB service?
2. Side question - is there any plan to add HomeKit support to the router?

  If you have 1.2Gbit, even with link aggregation, you won't see much of a difference.  The reason is the hashing algorithm for the flows has overhead, and how that hashing is going to distribute the flows across two circuits.   Now, the gold hardware does support link bundles, we will likely make it work once we see people start getting higher bandwidth internet. 

  HomeKit is yet open to all vendors, so, once it is, we can see if it make sense or not.  But in general, we want to stay technology-neutral on the network.
