Prioritize Active Features (feature request)

The current home screen looks like the following on my iPhone 6s. I find it it could be improved in a few ways. 

1. Inactive Features take away real estate from active features that may be bumped to the More page.That means to get to some Features, I have to go to More. 
2. I already have to scroll on my iPhone. Why not exile inactive Features to the More tab and allow the main screen to scroll as necessary with all active Features? 
3. The sort order isn't intuitive and it is harder to find what I'm looking for than it needs to be.

  We are going to experiment with a dynamic main screen soon.  Our designer is already making up stuff ... hopefully that will clean up the front screen.  There will likely be more widgets there to help you get to the stuff you need sooner
