PiHole on FW vs in RPi

Before I got my FW I already was running pihole on a rPi, so I just set up FW to use that for DNS.  

Just curious whether people have strong preferences on running pihole separately on the rPi vs running pihole on the FW gold itself?  Pros/Cons?

  I moved my RPi running AdGuard Home to a different subnet and pointed DNS at it. I did have PiHole installed on the FWG. Other than using FWG resources, I dont know that there is really a difference either way. I do still feel that AGH is a superior product but thats just me. The way FWG passes data to it, it kind of negates the cool things you can do with AGH but the ad blocker itself I believe is better.

  Latency is probably the only side effect of hosting it off the Firewalla.  (likely 1 to 3 ms)
