IOS 14 wifi/data switching Issue

Hello. Since iOS 14 came out, I have issues with my phone when I leave my home network.  My phone doesn't switch from home wifi to cellular data.  The display on the phone says it switches, but I have to restart the phone before I can utilize cellular data.  Then when returning to my home network I often have to do the same thing.  Restart the phone before I can utilize my home network.  Is it possible it is an issue with firewalla and ios 14?  Thanks for your thoughts. Frustrated. ;-)

  No that doesn't have anything to do with the Firewalla. iPhone will prefer wifi over cellular data. So when it loses connection with the wifi, it will take a second to look for another known network before switching to cellular.
