You tube blocking

My older kids are getting this on YouTube "Some results have been removed because Restricted Mode is enabled by your network administrator". I made sure safe search wasn't on, and checked all my rules, nothing appears to be blocking this. Wondering if anyone has seen something similar. Right now I'm blocking a few regions (China, Russia, North Korea) and I have Tiktok blocked. I don't have Ad block on either. Thanks for any advice/assistance.

The message is for sure from safe search. Safe search is a DNS based feature, so once you turn that off, it may take some time for your router, or the device to clean up the DNS cache.

Maybe this would help?

Go to Windows search, start CMD prompt

Type ipconfig /flushdns
