Help with Blocking ->HotspotShield (VPN)

HotSpotShield - VPN

I am looking to block iPhone VPN usage

I tried turning on "emergency access" to see if I could find the traffic I would need to block, but I don't see anything.

Any ideas on what else I need to do to block this!?!

I have blocked the following Ports-
500, 1194, 1701, 1723,1754, 4500, 8040, 8041, 8042, 8043, 8044, 8045, 8245

I have blocked the following sites -
Openvpn.net
anchorfree.net
anchorfree.com
hotspotshield.com

If this was on a PC, I would use Wireshark to sniff the traffic...
