VPN local LAN block internet

BLUE firewalla

want to block a single device (securitydvr)  from internet access but be able to access it via VPN

believe i can set the block internet on the device but can access it coming in through the VPN

is this correct

  For red/blue, according to our developer, you will need to add a allow rule for the VPN network range.
