DC UPS for Gold - 3.3A 12V ?

Has anyone found a good 12V DC UPS that works with the Firewalla Gold model?

I live in an area where it is common to have short power outages.

I could use a regular UPS with the power supply but this seems incredibly inefficient as during an outage, 12DC is converted to 120V AC and then converted again back to 12V DC via the power supply.

  this won't work, since the current output is at most 2A ... the Gold is 3.3A
