Swisscom router (Internet box 2) + Firewalla blue

Just installed a new Swisscom router (Internet box 2) + TV box (IP1400). When Firewalla blue connected live TV blocks after 10-15 secs, replay TV has no problems. Once Firewalla removed no problems! Anyone else having similar issues, is it a compatibility problem, or does the set up need to be adjusted? All help gratefully received :-)

  tap on devices, tap on [TV Box], scroll to the bottom and then turn on emergency mode.  See if it works.   If it is, then likely something (adblock, family mode, rules ...) may be blocking that unit.

  Same problem  here, Firewalla red latest firmware. Emergency mode does not solve the issue, the only way is to shutdown Firewalla.

  @Gautier, what is the issue you are running into? can't access some site? can't access everything? is it one device having this issue or all devices?

  Same issue as six months ago and as described as John Bird above. On the TV box the channels are working for about 10 seconds then block totally or partially (the image freeze or is degraded or the sound is missing). When changing channel it works for few seconds then crash again. It is working slightly better in Emergency mode but not much. Adding to this the TV is loosing access to the NAS and I suspect the Firewalla box also creates trouble to access the NAS from Windows. Right now my red box is shutdown, I am not using it. Six month a ago I opened a case with the Support, after different configuration changes in my network, Support suggested to update the Firewalla software to the Beta version. After it was working fine for few weeks then started again creating issues.

  If the problem is random, then likely there is a compatibility issue of your router in simple mode.  What you should do is

  1. tap on the monitoring button, change the mode to experimental simple mode, see if this is more stable. if it is use it.

  2. If above fails, you will need to use DHCP mode, this mode is compatible with anything;  And it is better if you start to use VPN client feature. https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004304114-Everything-about-Firewalla-DHCP-Mode-
