Ad Block per device

Is it possible to turn on (or off) ad blocking on a per-device basis? I'd like it turned on for most of the computers and mobile devices I use, but it seems to be causing trouble with some of my wife's favorite websites on the Silk browser on Kindle Fire.

  Tap on ad block, there is a "apply to", tap on that
