Internet blocked for all devices. new Firewalla Blue

I am setting up new firewalla blue with my Orbi Wifi 6 router. as soon as i connect the firewalla to network all internet traffic gets blocked. I am using simple mode. since DHCP spoof mode will not work for my streaming service. there is no other rule in place, its brand new box.

  Did you clear your dns cache on your devices?

  I’m  confused by your description. Simple mode does use spoofing. DHCP mode does not. Which mode have you chosen?

  The Orbi Wifi 6 Mesh are not compatible (at the time of this message) with simple mode.  You will need to run in DHCP mode, which only requires to turn off DHCP servers on the Orbi.
