I also have no data in logs since 9 -11-20 and it shows all devices except the firewalla as offline, but everything is working....why? I would reboot but not during day, work from home, school from home etc etc

David, just created a ticket for you;  we may need support access to see what's going on inside.

OP here, still not seeing traffic for my kid's ipads anymore. They are literally sitting next to me streaming youtube and doing roblox. If I mute an alert, does it no longer log the traffic?

@Mark, for your case, check the MAC address of the kid's iPad and see if it is not randomized.  Then best go to [devices]->[kids iPad]->[network flows] and see if you see stuff there.

Thx, randomized MAC is an ios 14 feature, and they are still on 13. Double checked to be sure. When I click on their devices and lookup network flows. I don't see any traffic:

FWIW, I did a reboot of the FWG, and now see data. But curious why it stopped for those devices.

Not sure, either it is a software bug, issue with network extenders, or even a smart kid.  Next time you missing data like this, just send help@firewalla.com an email.   We can look at the logs and figure out what's going on.
