How are you testing the speed? via a wired interface? and what's the app you are using for testing?

We have seen slowdowns if there are multiple country blocks in the system (around 20 or more).  And not all country blocks are the same, so a combination of a few very fragmented (IP ranges) countries may add too much load to the filtering.

Testing from my PC (10Gb Base-T card to 10Gb Switch to Firewalla), Cat7 cabling to/from and no country blocking of any kind activated. Tested with Speedtest, DSL Reports and Xfinity test.

Changed cable to Cat8, and port to 2, and then 3. No change, still can't pass 850Mbps.

Something must be up locally as I have a CAT6 cable and from my home PC, hardwired, I get 960.

The thing is that when I took the Gold out of the picture and went back to my previous setup (Nighthawk router), it went back to 900Mbps and up.

Do you have PPPoE? or it is a straight ethernet connection to your ISP?

Just created a ticket, can you send over the support access?  we probably need to look inside and see if there is anything that may not be right.

Another thing, how many different tests did you do?  Our experience with Xfinity for example (same for dslreport, and speedtest), the tests are better early in the morning and get worse throughout the day.  So, if you can do a series of tests.

Test in the morning, noon, evening and late night. With 3 different portals and several Speedtest servers. I'd say about 40-50 tests all together.

Please let me know where to send the Remote login info. Thanks!
