ISP drops out every 8 minutes - suggesting DHCP related?

Hi there,

I have a fibre ISP which drops out every 8 minutes or so. I've attached the DHCP configuration form the app, DHCP logs and the periods in which it drops out. 

Any ideas?

  Update: disabled IPv6 and it's come stable.
