IoT network segregation best practices

I'm wondering if there is a resource for FW IoT network segregation best practices. I have Ring, Smart Things, a wifi sprinkler system, and a Wemo plug all coexisting on my network and haven't seen any sign of malicious activity since getting FW Gold. But I'm wondering if I should block inbound internet to that group. And /or what else I should be considering. I don't want to lose features unless essential. Smart Things hub is on its own network plug on FW... Not a separate network setup yet but that's an easy step. Everything else (Ring, sprinklers, Wemo) connect via wifi. Thoughts?
