Scheduled Internet Block for Individual devices not working?

Anyone else struggling to schedule the time internet traffic is blocked to / from devices? I seem to be able to block 'always' but the timed block for an individual device / group doesn't seem to block anything.

  Also I'm seeing trouble blocking the internet or video for 1 hour.
