Using WOL Remotely

Almost all of my rules and port forwarding seemed to work just fine on my new Firewalla Blue.   The one that I'm having a problem with is Wake on LAN.  How do I tell my router to let Firewalla and know to pass on the Magic packet?  When I try to access the ports for the particular device, ( which shows 0)  It just gives me a blank screen. What am I missing here?

  This is going to be tricky.  WOL is a MAC layer feature, meaning, it will spit out Ethernet frames to wake up a device.  So, the only possible way (I am not a WOL expert, just a networking guy) to pass ethernet frames to do WOL is to be inside the home.

  BTW, I remember one case, where one of the customers of is Linux savvy,  what he did was VPN back to home, ssh into Firewalla, and then run a Linux script to do things.  (he later automated this)
