Ring 2 Doorbell

I got my Ring 2 and Firewalla Red at about the same time (the Firewalla came a few days before the Ring).  I had a lot of trouble setting up the Ring2, initially I thought the Ring was faulty and had a replacement sent, but alas the problem remained.  I turned off the monitoring of the Ring by Firewalla and this sorted the problem for a while, but it came back very quickly, so I then disabled my phone from Firewalla and now Ring 2 seems to be working fine.  The problem is on the video from Ring 2 to my mobile phone the audio is extremely noisy - neither party can hear each other.

So, am I configuring something wrong here?  It is not ideal not having my mobile monitored by Firewalla
