Firewalla Blue VPN set up issues

Good morning,  

 

I have a unique situation where i have verizon FIOS and a Linksys WRT3200ACM connected.  The firewalla blue is connected to my Linksys wifi router.  All of the settings for UPnP are set correctly on my linksys router however from the firewalla end it is seeing the IP address of my verizon router, however when I go into manual set up it's telling me to use the IP address of my Linksys router (SCREENSHOTS PROVIDED).  I am aware that this maybe NAT but the set up never takes and it is causing an issue with openVPN set up I believe.  

Is there a way for me to set up this VPN or am I going about the set up incorrectly?

 

Any Guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  Please double-check if you have double NAT or not.   Meaning your FiOS and Linksys both have IP subnets and are different.  In such situations, Firewalla will not be able to automatically setup the port forwarding with your up stream router. 

  What you will need to do

  On the FiOS port forward 1194 tcp/udp to the IP address of the Linksys

  And on the Linksys port forward 1194 tcp/udp to Firewalla IP
