Snapchat Issues

I'm currently trying to find a solution with Firewalla support but I figured it would't hurt to see if anyone else has had a similar issue. I have Motorola MG7550 modem/router with Firewalla in DHCP mode. Snapchat is unable to send or receive photos and videos on any phone joined to my network. I have tried turning off monitoring, disabling the DNS cache on my phone, nothing seems to work. If anyone has a solution I'm more than happy to try it.
